He or She will assisting the Shipping Agency Manager related tasks such as monitoring and checking local agent/stevedore expenses, activities, invoices, and processing formalities to Minister of Transportation and other related parties. 

Monitoring & Process renewal certificate vessel:  

1. Liaise  with Shipping Agencies in regards of awareness Ship Formalities Documents validities (i.e. Certificate of Nationality, International Tonnage, Certificate of Safety Construction, Certificate of Safety Equipment, Certificate of Safety Radio, Etc).
2. Processing Ship's certificates at SeaCom, Ministry of Communication and Information and others also KSOP.
3. Liaise with respectively internal departments.

Prepare Ship Arrival Documents:

1. Prepare ship arrival document, clearance in/out vessel via Inapornet-KSOP
2. Prepare and submit CM & BL and coordinate with related parties.
3. Ensuring the suitability and completeness of checking documents for foreign ships and local ships.
4. Issuing OBL and ensuring it has sent to the Shipper.

Monitoring & Coordination

1. Proactively doing communication with Port Captain/Operations Team and also Shipper related Loading and Unloading Barge time by time.
2. Do report to Pelindo and SPOG.
3. Solving dispute with Agent/Stevedore
4. Maintain relationship with Agents, SeaCom, KSOP and other related parties.

Qualifications:

1. Min. Diploma in Port & Sea Transportation, Port & Shipping Management or any related major.
2. Min. 2 years experiences in Shipping/Marine company, Stevedoring, Ship Agency industy.
3. Has intermediate knowledge in general shipping regulations
4. Familiar with general shipping practice.
5. Ability to do flexible hours in working out of office hours.
